The service was excellent. The movers arrived right on time. They were very efficient and quick.When I arrived at my new house, all the boxes were neatly stacked and my antique furniture was placed in safe places.Great service.

This company bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. I had originally decided not to go with them but things with the moving company I decided on went south really quickly. I then re contacted Jones moving. They went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone is so nice and polite and courteous. They handled my worldly treasures with extreme care. Delivered everything to ***** and unloaded with the same care as loading. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Jones Moving.
Jones Moving was very professional in every aspect of our move. We hired Jones Moving to move us from ***************** to ********, AZ and then to ******** and had no issues with anything they did. They arrived on time, they were extremely careful with our belongings and the time frame they quoted was accurate with both moves. Very professional, prompt and careful with belongings. Made cross country move in April 2024 with Jones Moving who were flexible with dates and reasonably priced. No issues. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Beyond upset about my experience with Jones Moving. ******* threatened me due to her sons error. Long story short, my move should have taken no more than 2.5 hours. It took them 3 hours ********************* over $600. The most upsetting part was the way ******* chose to handle the payment error and my dissatisfaction. I tried to pay by ***** and her son gave me the wrong phone number. I spent the rest of my birthday weekend stressed out because the payment was going to the wrong person. Our crew moved all of your items from a ground floor residence and to a second floor residence. Based on your representation the move was quoted to take 2.5 hours. However, upon arriving at the second floor residence we found that the stairs were missing steps. Our crew could not move up and down the stairs as efficiently as normal.
