Awful experience. Mike Jones showed up a half hour late to our appointment, but we decided to purchase a used 2010 Toyota Rav 4. As part of the purchase Jones Motors was supposed to replace the battery, replace the oil pan and differential gaskets, and replace the rear shocks. After leaving the vehicle with them for a week, then being told the vehicle was ready, I showed up to find the shocks were not replaced. I have never ever had an experience like I had at Jones Motors with Dallas squared. It was amazing from start to finish. I showed interest in a vehicle and within maybe 4 days (I forgot when we first spoke) I test drove it and had it in my possession.
