Made first call for quote on 1/2/23. No one called back. Made 2nd call on 1/13/23 was told someone would call back. Received call from owner, said he would come by either Thursday of Friday of following week. Never received call, no one showed up. Called to reschedule visit and was told someone would call back. Never heard from anyone. I was just looking to get estimates for new railings on front porch three steps from top of porch bottom walkway.
