We were able to handle a lot of the approval and trade in process over the phone and via email, making our time at the dealership much more efficient. We had a great chat with Bernie in Finance while on site. I love my vehicle, and I love that Jones supports the Kia warranty with their service department.
It was a friendly atmosphere. I walked up to the desk, the person I was supposed to meet with was the one who greeted me. What I liked the most was they didn’t try to trick me into taking less for my trade in. The salesperson was very nice.
This may be the best dealership… I’ve bought many new vehicles from dealerships and this one takes the cake. The dealership is nice, clean, and accommodating to your needs. We showed up the trade in an existing vehicle that we had. The lot was full with any model you could’ve wanted, base line to top of the line… they have it. Our sales rep Vance Major was awesome. Had a very easy time at this dealership. I'm from Delaware and had trouble finding the vehicle I wanted from the KIA dealerships here, didn't exactly get much help finding the vehicle I wanted either. I contacted this dealership, quickly found the vehicle I wanted, and it was ready for me before I even got there. I highly recommend using this dealership if you're shopping around. Also, I definitely recommend getting a KIA. I have owned a KIA, Toyota, and Ford. Unlike the Ford and Toyota, I have never had an issue with a KIA ... read more
