As soon as my husband and I pulled up to jones junction we had one of the staff members Holly immediately greet us and help us find our new car. The process was quick and easy thanks to Holly and sonny. They are amazing. We are so happy with the experience we had at jones. 10/10 recommended.
Helpful staff and a great experience
This is my second time purchasing from Jones Kia and from Markesha. She was excellent to work with and very helpful. There was no pressure or nonsense that you typically get from a car salesman. I highly recommend her and will return in the future.
I purchased a used 2024 Kia Niro on October 18th from Jones. It had 24,000 miles, the service computer on the car showed the 24,000 mile service had been performed and that the next service was due in 7,988 miles, all good right? Reading up on any issues people have had with the 2024 Niro later that week I found a common issue was poor shifting and potential transmission damage from not changing the clutch actuator fluid every 24,000 miles as specified in the maintenance schedule.
