Mr. Zechman is a true professional and very caring. I have dealt with him myself at some of the most difficult times of my life, and he has made this part of the grieving process as tolerable as it can be. He has handled arrangements for my cousin, my aunt, my mother and my sister. I made prearrangements with him for a friend I was POA for. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Springfield but to him for his invaluable service.
