I used them over 4 years ago when my husband unexpectedly passed away. I wish I could do it over again. My children and I were treated rudely. I encourage people to go elsewhere for their funeral services.
My husband was there and my daughter also. Someday I will be there too. I have had many friends and their families there. Mr. Zechman makes such a sad time almost bearable with his compassion,helpful information and such respect for what you are going through.
This funeral home is caring, respectful, honest, and trustworthy. From the first time I had to call, to the meeting of the arrangements, the memorial and then the final meeting I felt so calm and relaxed through the process. Very respectful with my son's remains.
Recently we had a death of a family member and chose Jones Kenney Zechman Funeral home to take care of John. Erin took care of helping us make all the arrangements and even finding a pastor to do the service. We even used to family car to transport us to the graveside and the driver was wonderful. He helped mom out of the car, down to the grave and even back to the car and our family was going out to eat afterward and he offered to take us to the restaurant where we were meeting our family. Lynn and Erin made the whole process from Pre-planning to date of actual funeral for my Grandma such a stress-free experience for us. They are always professional and caring but also very respectful of our wishes and planned out every detail with such respect. Their staff is amazing! I highly recommend this family because they really do know how to make you feel more at ease during a very difficult time.
