Keith has been my personal attorney since 2007. I contacted Jones about a case I have and received a call back from his paralegal. She told me he charges a $500 consult / intake fee. When I asked her what I believe to be some fair questions, she played coy and refused to answer (in my opinion). You know, basic stuff like "what's the average cost of a case like this?". Apparently she didn't like that I pressed her for answers and told me we're not a good fit. I agreed and hung up the phone.
