Easy to schedule the appointment, very smooth check in process along with fast service. I stayed until service was completed in Jone’s comfortable an well appointed waiting room with complete coffee bar.
I drove my Focus into the dealership in early February with transmission problems and was told there would be a diagnostic fee of $439. I assumed that at that price, and my vehicle being a Ford, the diagnostic would be very thorough and precise. They informed me that it would need a part and the cost of repair would be a little over $1300. I accepted the estimate and had them proceed with the work.
