HORRIBLE ARRANGEMENT 🤬 Me and my sisters purchased an arrangement from Herschel Thornton Funeral home, we didn’t realize that a local florist would provide the flowers! I’m in another state and was having trouble finding a reliable florist. After several failed attempts to find a florist to deliver my flowers, I stumbled across Jones Flowers. They graciously took my order, found the tulips I wanted, and the manager personally delivered the flowers to my sister when she was home to receive them. She even apologized for all of the trouble I was having with the other companies. Thank you for the excellent customer service and beautiful flowers. You exceeded expectations!
