I don't know what happened at this practice, but I called Mon. afternoon, having been in Urgent Care the previous day. Running a fever & requested care. No one answered phones. Had to leave message. 3 hrs later got a call, they said I had to have a f/up visit NEXT day--despite me being feverish w/ med reaction. Would not do Telehealth visit. Landed up in ER that night for IV antibiotics & changed med. Husband called next AM to cancel my appt. Again left message. No one ever called to find out how I was or what was going on.
Only had 2 visits prior. First one was good, second one was resent and they gave me medication for my extreme back pain. Made another appointment for a follow up a few days later. The meds they gave me caused me to sleep like the dead. I overslept and arrived 20 minutes late for the appointment. They said no problem, rescheduled for the next day later in the day.
