They was nice at first and sold me a lemon my car stopped working after a week of having it no need to go into further details juat don't go here you will be wasting your time and money its a rip off the worse month f my life save. Your self the trouble
They are money hungry. They sold me a car on August 2 and 2 hours later the car broke down on me. Called them to see if they could give me another car.they kept saying no its a as is car. Its 500.00 to get my car fix. One week or three ok its a used car but two hours. So am paying for a car i cant drive.. Insurance im not using.. Just got married a month and move in our new home in three days and i get this. They know they could have worked with me. I didnt have money to just throw away.
So I was thinking about purchasing a car from this company however I hear so much negative things. My sister has had multiple problems with this bootlegged car lot. They're money hungry and don't care about their customers at all! Their communication and professionalism sucks! They hardly ever answer the phone, and didn't even bother to send a notice about their change in business operations hours, And yet they want to be so quick to lock a car and tow it only after 6 days of non-payment when she came by twice to pay it. I brought a car from here and the price was right. The staff was very friendly and professional and their was a problem with the car they fix it with no problem and I'm still riding worry free. I will tell everyone that's looking for a car stop by Jones Express Enterprise
I'm so glad that I went to Jones Express. I found the right car for the right price and the owners are such wonderful people. I'm enjoying my car that I bought I just love it. And i would tell anybody if u won't a good car for the right price then this is were u need to shop. Thank God I don't have to worry about making those high car payments anymore.
