I rent from these guys.. this is the third time I’ve been threatened with eviction and my rent is never late I’ve never had a disturbance call.. today he refused to accept rent and threatened eviction again.. I just want my deposit back I have a 2 year old son that I have to consider
RecommendedThey came out twice to fix our front loader washing machine. When the problem occurred a third time they were honest with us. They told us they could try to fix it again but it could go out again. They recommended we just get anew machine and they refunded the money for the part they replaced twice. They were always courteous and friendly. When the time ever comes again and I need their services, I will definitely call them.

They overcharge. They charged about twice what it normally would cost.
Great customer service from my initial phone call through the visit to replace our disposal. The Insinkerator gave me this company to deal with an under-warrenty garbage disposal. The replacement was ordered, arrived to them in the time frame they told me, and the office was prompt in scheduling installation. Chad was here when he said he would be, took out the defective one, replaced it, and cleaned up behind himself! Would use them again
