The tow truck company they use for their lot is not good. Operator is unhinged. Incident occurred September 15th. 5:50 pm. A tow truck operator stationed in Oak Lawn by 95th and Cicero tried to tow my car with my relative still inside. The operator (white guy with messy white hair) in a black truck became unhinged when my relative inside car confronted him. My relative left the lot. Dr. Jones is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I have been seeing her for over 2 years now and she knows what she is doing. She has great bedside manners and she does great work. I am recently seeing her for Invisalign and it has been such a smooth process. She has been very patient will all my questions and I am so ecstatic for how my teeth have completely transformed.
