Northside has been our vet for about 4 years. Today, I had to wait a little longer than usual. I was a bit irritated and voiced said irritation. The staff has always been great, but today, it reinforced why I drive an hour round trip to Northside. They said and did everything perfectly. They made my wait worth it. They didn’t argue, they apologized, and took measures “to make it right.” We are so thankful for Northside and I would like to apologize for my impatience. Thank you for what you do and how you do it.
I have been going to Northside for a long time. My dogs and horses have always received the very best care there. I send them a huge heartfelt thanks for being such a great vet clinic! My animals mean everything to me, and Craig and the whole staff have my complete trust for their care.
