RecommendedHuge thank you to Michael, Collin and Scott for all your excellent customer care and getting me my new car! There are dealerships closer to me but I will drive the extra miles to go to Jones since they are so amazing and actually care about their customers even after they buy a car.
Corey was very enjoyable to work with. He is extremely helpful and he worked late to accommodate my schedule so I could get my car. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, and he was not a "pushy" salesman. Scott did a fantastic job explaining everything that comes along with the financing. I've been going to Jones service department for years and have always been pleased with their work and their staff. If you're looking for a car, I would definitely recommend Jones Chevrolet!
Last week--with sub zero temps and bitter winds, my car would not start. Within 10 minutes, Travis arrived at the farm and started it. From there, Doug in The Service Department installed a new battery and Corey showed me vehicles as possible replacement for my 10 year old Equinox. Thank you all !!!
