RecommendedThese folks went entirely out of their way to make our buying experience a good one. Tyi and Scott had everything done upon arrival from Illinois to purchase our 2019 Dodge Durango GT Plus. At the present time you have to jump through hoops to get anything done in the State of Illinois but Tyi and Scott were patient and understanding through the entire process. Absolute worst service. they lost my step mother's keys gave her no apology or access to a loaner car to get back home she has no where to go and Rick the service manager claimed he was taking care of her when that was a lie when in fact she had to wait 20 mins just to ask to sit down. and when I call them they keep hanging up on me. RUDEST WORKERS EVER!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
went in for an oil change to be told my old car was so rusted on the frame that it wasn't safe... with Joes help i was able to get my new 2016 equinox the next day! ive always taken my car problems to them regardless of the make of my vehicle. they were very helpful and I couldn't be any happier with my new car! 20 out of 10 stars!
