I hope I never have to deal with this collision center. I wish I never would of went here from day one. Had to have my car back twice since it was fixed and the communication skills suck.
I had a seamless experience at the body shop and Elizabeth Neisser was very helpful and sweet.
Jones did a wonderful job on my car, you would never know it had been damaged. Beth Neiser was so great to work with! Scheduling with my busy calendar is not easy, but she was very helpful. She also answered my many questions with patience and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Jones body shop!
Jones was absolutely fabulous. A 9 day repair was done in 4 days and the repairs look fabulous! I’ve dealt with Jones as an auto claim rep and they always delivered
I worked there for 21years and I can personally tell you I haven’t come across anyone more concerned on how your car is fixed then manager Ed Zimmerman and Kevin Waite asst manager they care about their customers but more importantly their employees everyone is well trained on all aspects of car repair if you are ever in a accident please go to jones you won’t be disappointed
