Best beach ever! Go there all the time. Not like other beaches!
RecommendedFirst of all I love Jones Beach!!! There is a bunch of events free and pay all summer. I Was there on May 20, for the 2017 MS Society Walk. I was a volunteer. What a great time! The energy was good, the weather was so-so but everyone was there of one accord...to cure MS in our lifetimes. I can't wait till next year!
Everything was clean. All bathrooms should of been opened. Gorgeous day alot of people. New games noone charged to get in, was nice. No complaints really
Spent summers growing up at Field 9, 1/4 of the size of Field 6, closer to the water, but a hurricane washed it totally away many years ago.No trace of it remains between Field 6 and Tobay. Field 6 is the next best. Just wish the handicapped blue mat on the west side of Field 6 went closer to the water. It seems much shorter this year, like 2/3 is missing.
