RecommendedI have had nothing but good experiences at Jones Automotive. They are honest, reasonably priced, and superbly competent. No “service advisors” here, just really knowledgeable folks who are dedicated to solving problems. They have worked on two of my vehicles for a variety of issues and I have always been satisfied with the work done. And they’re really nice people, always ready with a ride home or an answer to a question.
Great service. Reasonable prices. NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE IN ALL THESE YEARS. Though they did have a problem with a "tune-up" on my Tesla. They made the excuse that there was no engine.
Everything was explained to me so I understood clearly. I will take my car to Jones Automotive Clinic for all future car repairs. Thank you guys!

Literally hands down the best mechanic/auto service experience I have had since moving to Washington 6 years ago! My brother is a mechanic back home in Minnesota and it was so hard to not be able to take my car to him anymore!
