Great Customer Service
I appreciate them working me in so quickly as I'm on a very tight schedule. But, I'd have appreciated being told they do a long inspection before preforming the oil change. I stated I was in a hurry and had an oversized load waiting so they stopped doing the inspection and rushed on the oil change but it would have saved us all time by just stating that before hand.
Passing through roadside emergency concern they coordinated got me in. Seem like decent honest mechanics
Always punctual
I made an appt a month ago to get it in. I brought it in on the day I made it, and I had to make arrangements to be dropped off, picked up, etc..., I left it there they had two days to look at it. I never got a call to tell me they couldn't get to it. I had to make every effort to find out if they had looked at it yet or if they were going to be able to. There was no communication from them.
