Kept my security deposit, charged $25 to remove a tote with kitchen items in it, charged for blinds that I never touched in 2 years, charged for a sliding closet door I always kept opened. They stole my money. They sent me to collections after keeping $1300 security deposit. I cleaned everything out, vacuumed. I never had a complaint or complained on anyone. This is how they treat people. I've gotten my deposit back in my previous 3 apartments. It doesn't matter if you make notes, they will make up damages.
