One of the best experiences I’ve had with a doctor! He listened to my story of my aches and pains. Did some manipulation s to me legs and knees. Suggested cortisone shots for now. To my surprise the next day I was able to do things I couldn’t do for months! Very professional and knowledgeable!
I believe that Dr Spanyer is one of the best physicians in orthopedic medicine in the Greater Cincinnati area. I sincerely wish I had known him 18 months ago prior to my surgery. He is thorough, a problem solver and his Team follows the same principles.

Dr. Spanyer has performed 3 surgeries on me with excellent results. Not only is he an excellent surgeon, but he truly cares about all of his patients. He’s with you for the long haul, making sure you have the best and most thorough care all along the way.
