Received a letter from this person and have never even spoken with them... how are you going to deny my health when we've never had an exchange???? It would be helpful of IU Health actually answered phones or called back people so people wouldn't have to self advocate to the point of exhaustion. All I want to know is why I paid for a surgery that didnt take place and why I am still having the SAME issues post surgery.. not be gaslighted into thinking I am the problem.
Dr Ting is truly an amazing doctor and a very caring person. My sinus surgery and follow up was perfect and I recommend him to anyone who is experiencing sinus infections.
A total disappointment . If only he taken the time to do a culture test. He would have found it was a bacteria infection. He could have treated it. Also if someone else has done surgery. He doesn’t want to to see you.
I was referred to Dr. Ting in 2021 when a well known ENT surgeon said that I needed to see Dr. Ting ( who in that Doc's words "is the best ENT surgeon in the state"). I went to see him and after he explained my situation and his recommended course of action and patiently answered my questions we scheduled surgery to remove a tumor on branches of the Trigeminal nerve on the left side of my face. I was referred to Dr. Ting earlier this year from my other sinus and nose surgeon Dr. Halum (who is fantastic!) Dr. Ting preformed a more extensive sinus and nose surgery. I have suffered from 6-7 sinus infections a year for many year (the past 12 years) . After my initial consultation with ting he was able to scope my nose, find my problem areas, order a CT scan and read them a few weeks later where we set up my surgery date.
