This is the first pain doctor who actually listens and doesn't want to cover everything up with a Band-Aid, he's very smart and very interested in me as a customer and what's going on.
I went to him for a follow-up appointment today, 4-25-2025,that he set. He proceeds to ask me, " Why are you here?" I said,"It's an appointment you set." He then tells me he's waiting for my lab results to be able to fill my prescription for pain meds, so it made sense for me not to wait in the waiting room for them. I forgot that I had submitted urine for analysis. He said that since he didn't have the results, it made no sense for me to wait. I have been living with pain for 30 plus years n no doctor has explained why or what the cause was. Then I met Dr. Song n what a blessing. He is so knowledgeable and takes the time to listen n explain. He then sets out a plan working with you to alleviate the pain. Dr. Song is not only knowledgeable n skilled but has that rare capacity to listen and treat you as if you are his only patient. If you are suffering from pain contact Dr. Song. He truly is a miracle worker.
Dr Song has excellent bedside manners. Treats the patient with respect. He made me feel at ease with my coming up procedure.
