I told Dr Song I was still having pain. He didn’t examine me, didn’t ask where the pain was or what triggered pain. Instead, he made excuses for why the procedure may not have worked. He said “I just do 1 procedure. The rest is on you.” I was stunned & asked what he meant. He became defensive, saying if I’m not doing mobility strength exercises that’s on me. Doctor Song is wonderful. He has an exceptional way of explaining care and treatment options to me, in a very clear and consise manor. I felt heard. Which is important to me personally. Easy to talk to with stellar feed back. He has performed a medial branch ablation on me and I didn't even feel it. In my opinion, I would gladly recommend him to anyone and everyone
Dr Song, is fantastic. Great doctor, excellent commucator, and educator. Love to have stayed with him. But when I finshed PT and was ready for an injection. He was no longer in the Peoria office. No notification at all. When I called for the appointment, I was told to go to Tempe or Apache Junction for the injection. Seems unreasonable for a senior in pain to drive over an hour to get there.
