I was very impressed with the PA, Kyler. She explained everything clearly and made constructive suggestions regarding my treatment.
Dr. Shook and his staff at the Lafayette location are wonderful! Very helpful, easy to work with and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Shook and his staff. They all took the time to listen to me and answer any questions I had. Explained diagnosis very well! In terms I understood.

Dr. Shook was the best doctor I could've chosen to help me after I tore my ACL. He and his staff showed incredible kindness, compassion, and knowledge. His PA, Kyler, reached out before and after surgery and was always available to answer questions and reassure me that everything would be okay. Dr. Shook always took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions without rushing. I was extremely scared prior to my surgery and he comforted me through the process.
I highly recommend Dr. Jonathan Shook of Ortho Indy. I started seeing Dr. Shook for knee pain which turned out to be a torn meniscus, requiring surgery. He is extremely sharp and kind. He and his staff were extremely thorough during each examination and took great care in explaining everything to me each step of the way. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for each appointment and his PA even called me twice after surgery to check in. My knee feels like new thanks to Dr. Shook.
Dr. Shook was so caring and explains everything and listens to you. I had an injection and by the next morning my knee felt great.. I’m a very happy patient !!!
I got hit by a semi trailer door and had to have rotator cuff surgery. I had heard horrible stories about the surgery and pain I would endure. Dr. Shook was great. He explained everything thoroughly at every appointment. The surgery went well and the pain was nothing like I expected. Dr. Shook and the Ortho Indy staff are great people. Everyone is always friendly and caring. You couldn't go to a better doctor.

From start to finish my experience with OrthoIndy and Dr. Shook was very good. I was very apprehensive about the IV because of previous bad experiences. The pre op nurse (Anita) was great. Dr Shook came to my pre op room, sat down in a chair, and talked to us a long time. He did not rush, he was awesome. I am six days post op and feeling great. He repaired my torn mininscus. Before/after pictures of the operation helped me to understand it. I would send any member of my family to him.

Dr. Shook, his PA, Kyler, and the OrthoIndy staff are incredible. After injuring my knee during volleyball a few months ago, I was scared and didn't know what to expect. Throughout every stage of my injury, surgery, and now recovery, they've been very informative, responsive, and continued to impress me.
