THE OFFICE STAFF IS NO HELP AT ALL. I HAD MY YEARLY PHYSICAL IN AUGUST 2015 AND THEY WERE UNDER TENET SO I PAID MY CO PAY AND MY INSURANCE BLUE CROSS WAS BILLED FOR THE BLOOD WORK. FROM AUGUST UNTIL JANUARY 2016 I AM STILL RECEIVING BILLS FOR THE 20 CO PAY AND ALSO 965 DOLLARS FROM LAB CORE. THEY CODED IT WRONG AND WILL NOT HELP YOU STRAIGHTEN OUT THE PROBLEM INSTEAD THEY KEEP SAYING WILL THAT HAPPENED TO ME TOO OR WE WERE UNDER TENET THEN AND THEY HAVE TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE PROBLEM.
