I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT IN DR. SACK'S OFFICE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. AFTER THE 1ST OFFICE VISIT A PATIENT WILL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN!!! -----IT IS SIMPLY AN UNFORGIVEABLE SITUATION!!!!! I HAVE NEVER, EVER (I AM 75 Y.O) HEARD OF A DOCTOR WHO OPERATED IN THIS MANNER!!!!! THIS SO-CALLED DOCTOR IS NEVER VISIBLE ANYWHERE WITHIN THE OFFICE FACILITY, EITHER!!!!!!!!GOOD LUCK IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF EITHER IMMEDIATE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ATTENTION -OR- NECESSARY NON-CRITICAL CARE---BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET EITHER IN 'DR. SACK'S' OFFICE.
Dr. Sack doesn't care about his patients or the truth. It is also traumatizing as a survivor of domestic violence that he felt the need to stand up and get directly in my face even though we were in a small room and I could hear him fine if he kept an appropriate distance. The office is poorly ran and the patients get blamed for it. I called and asked specifically if the doctor treated a serious medical condition I take medication for and was told I would be able to speak to a doctor, I was only able to speak to a nurse prac... read more
As a woman, they try very hard to get you to agree to pellet hormones (which do not have FDA approval). When I left the office before I was examined, they still sent a bill to my insurance company for the full amount of a visit. Cannot recommend!
Terrible experience. Went at 9 am and waited an hour as many came in and we're immediately seen and left. No one apologized or said a word to me. Finally, I was the only one left in the room. Still not a word. The angry lady at the front desk was in shock I wasn't going to wait any longer. I scheduled this appointment weeks in advance. What a waste of time!
Okay. Had to hold for almost 30 minutes on the phone to make the appointment even after waiting almost 10 minutes “in queue.” Real problem was the waiting room with a woman loudly making cell phone call after cell phone call. Most doctors have a sign asking people not to talk on the phone but go outside. This was third visit where this was an issue. The staff say they wouldn’t like it — duh! — but their policy is to allow it. People should not be allowed to be rude to other patients.
I was recommended to nurse practitioner Trisha. 1 visit and she Knocked it out of the park!!!! She adjusted my meds from another dr. and recommended a vitamin for my restless leg syndrome. What a difference!!!!!!! It's only been days. Plus you can have phone appts or in person. LOVE NP Trisha!!!!!! THANK you sooo much! Joanne Fusco
Would have been very beneficial & profession to inform patients with appointments that office was closed! No excuse for this lapse in courtesy with all of the information outlets available! What’s difficult about a message on office phone, mass emails or status update here on FB. There are very ill patients in fragile conditions risking their health & safety to make it to appointments they have waited weeks for & your office isn’t concerned enough to inform you are closed until they drive through poor road conditions only to... read more
