Had an consult to see PA, Kate, on both my hands and wrists. She saw how much pain I was in and she talked Dr Yoder in to giving me injections. It was the end of the day and they both went beyond the call of duty to help me. Thankfully my excruciating pain is gone thanks to caring team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You exemplify customer service at its absolute best!!!
Awesome doctor, very gentle. I don’t like needles but I could hardly feel the injections in my knees.
I went to see Dr Yoder for both feet that I must of bruised because I couldn’t hardly walk on them without feeling pain. I had never met him before, he walks into the room and never introduces himself, never shook my hand, nice to meet you or anything , first words out of his mouth was take your socks and shoes off. I just didn’t feel he was that interested in me and my problem as I felt like he could be, I felt like he might have been having a bad day, or had something else on his mind the whole exam.
