Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I am beyond happy with my results. They turned out far better than I could have ever hoped for. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've never pressured me to get any enhancements that I didn't need or wasn't interested in. They're always very respectful.

Totally awesome doctor, spoke to me about the size being proportionally correct for my body. I am 23 years later completely happy, size is so important when getting the surgery to a young person who will eventually age. Dr Pendergrass is completely awesome
Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Something great about this office is the fantastic chairs they have in their waiting room. I could practically fall asleep while waiting to see the doctor. They gave me a cost estimate for my procedure right away, and it was extremely accurate.
