The food and service here are ok. The prices are high for what you get. What truly irked me though and will be the reason I never go back is the 3% fee for using a credit card. Sure, they can say they do this at all locations and that there are signs posted about it to justify it, but those 2 things only add to the poor guest experience. You’re charging $7 for a draft beer and $16 for a basic burger and fries, when credit cards make up 80% of all restaurant transaction in the country, that 3% should be built into your COGS l... read more

We recently stayed at the Townplace Suites in Chattanooga and Jonathan's Grille was suggested as a place to eat that was close to the hotel. It was very close but also really nice! We ate in the bar area which is exclusively for those over 21 only. There is a very nice dining area though if you are traveling with children. Had over an hr wait to get a table and then another 45mins to and 1 hr to get our food. Food was ok nothing to brag about.. nothing I would hurry back too

Food is always fresh and delicious. Seated quickly even though they were very busy. One of our favorite places. Fish is delicious!
