Overprescribing opiates ambien and benzos to a 21 year old made him physically addicted and never heard from him again when trying to get off them. No type of taper or any contact while suffering and eventually lead rehab so doc ruined a big part of my life. Just heard he’s not with banner anymore. Hope he got fired for his negligence, cause I sure could’ve died because of him
