If I could give zero stars, I would! I was asked to fill paperwork online, asked for cc, I would not provide (I was scammed in past), I called office, no problem, come in. Left work early, refused to see me without credit card. Receptionist very rude, I asked to see Dr., too cowardly to speak to me. He was in a meeting, during my scheduled appt. and receptionist said I cancelled my appt so he is no longer available
Dr Richards and staff are consistently pleasant and professional. Thank you!
