Very friendly staff, and Dr. Davis is great. It would be nice for a face to face interaction before your procedure. It would also be nice for them to give the conscious sedation while in your room. It’s not helpful when given right before your procedure.
My only issue was with the recommendation of using Hillcrest Pharmacy. The PA insisted that was best and cheapest option for the prescription instead of using my insurance option. I told him to use my insurance and sure enough it was half the price. I guess what difference does it make which pharmacy to use unless there is an incentive to use Hillcrest.
Dr Baiden is the best family doctor we have ever had. Sadly she left Granger Medical Clinic, and now she is not in our insurance network. So we do not see her anymore. We really miss having for our doctor because she is the best and no one else holds a candle to her. I would highly recommend her. She always listened, was very thorough, and was never rushed. She has been my family Dr for 2 years. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any DR. She is judgmental, critical, rolls her eyes at you, doesn't listen, and walks out without letting you she is done and leaves you waiting for 20 minutes until her assist realizes you are still there. If you go to her about your medication prescriptions getting refilled that are expiring soon, -it isn't going to happen. find another Dr. that cares.
First cortisone shot ever. Dr Davis and his staff were excellent. Thank you so much. He explained everything and took the time afterwards to show me where the inject was placed and what to expect later. First time in over a year with no pain so far. I highly recommend him. Thank you again.
Every time I have my appointment with PA Jared Mathis is the greatest PA I’ve ever seen for 10 years of professional talented, caring PA. He rocks at his profession & work ethic is impeccable. He’s a real patient PA, & cares about his patient care needs. Great job on me yesterday Jared thank you for your patience with us patients. I totally appreciate your help in my patient care needs. I totally recommend PA Jared Mathis to all chronic pain patients who suffer every single day of their life.

I am so happy I went to see Dr Childs. I have seen several others and he is excellent when it comes to explaining things and excellent with procedures. I drive 45 miles to go this office and even the staff and the help are excellent.
