I have been going to get my nails done there for almost a year and I always receive great service. Everyone is very attentive. Jonathan is a very funny jokester that maintains a fun evironment as well. Best of all I always leave feeling relaxed with great nails.
If I could give zero stars I would. Sure my nails look great but I was treated like dirt when I paid $120 for a set of nails and a pedicure. Johnathan decide to make a comment about my stomach which was totally uncalled for and disrespectful not to mention I just had a baby five weeks prior to this appointment. I was appalled and it actually was very upsetting. How does a business owner disrespect his clients and feel that's ok. I will NEVER be going back. Worth every penny! They never break! I had gone to beach and played in the sand with my kids. We dug a big hole lol. No worries when it came to my nails! They looked just as great! I deeply recommend this salon

Very rude people. My sister was getting her nails done and they made a comment about her stomach. She just had a baby and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Will NOT be going back.
HANDS DOWN BEST NAIL SALON! Such a clean and family friendly environment! Johnathan stayed late to make sure my nails were perfect! I definitely won't be going to another nail salon again! I just wanna thank you for making my first experience the best I appreciate it :)

Absolutely amazing place to get your nails done at! Everyone is so nice and even the other customers are friendly. I've been coming here for about 3 years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else in Spokane! They can do just about anything to your nails and their prices are very reasonable!
My daughter treated me and herself to a pedicure and my youngest daughter to a manicure. Will never go anywhere else! Very professional and a fun atmosphere. Massage chairs and conversation. Top notch staff. Jonathon and staff are very personable. I highly recommend you try Jonathons Nail and Spa Salon.
