I've been a patient of Dr. Ricker for 16 yrs. because of having a history of colon cancer. It's been my experience that if your looking for the best Gastroenterologist look no further. I recently had another GI endoscopy and Colonoscopy, my intake nurse Jon and the other nurses in the Acute Care were unbelievable putting me at ease prior to my procedure as If I was there own loved one; they too deserve 5 stars. From the time I arrived the staff was excellent. Made me feel comfortable from start to end. Staff was very knowledgeable. Dr. Ricker took the time to make sure I understood everything for my upcoming procedure. Never felt rushed to complete appouintment. When I was satisfy appointmnet ended. Highly recommend their services to everyone
Dr. Ricker does his research. When I first came to see him from an out of state provider, I was 8 years in on a medication that wasn’t working for me, obviously, based on my symptoms and labs. Once pivoting to his recommended treatment, I have my life back. Gone are the days where I have to know where every bathroom is within 200 feet. Do yourself a favor and see Dr. Ricker. Him and his staff are lovely, friendly people with excellent bedside manner who just want to help their patients.
Dr. Ricker has been very helpful in getting things scheduled and figuring out what was going on with me and he has helped me feel much better. His MA Reyna has been the most helpful PA I’ve dealt with yet. It’s been tricky to get call backs from the office, but she’s always responded to my calls and been helpful during them!
