I left in plenty of time for my follow-up appt but ran into bad traffic due to accident. I called from car before appt time to tell them. 'A' immediately told me with no empathy, questions, or compassion that I had to reschedule. I said I was in pain and couldn't reschedule. Then A said 'we have a 10 min late policy can you make it by then?' I had no idea so said 'we'll see what happens'. I did not yell or use profanity. If you’re looking for an alternative to surgery Dr Littles only answer is very expensive orthotics. Big disappointment. ..and don’t ask for a removal of a callus, it won’t be covered...something they DONT tell you on the first appt. Wasted my time. I would give no stars if I could.
Excellent practitioner. Brilliant man.
Dr. Little has treated my broken toes, hammer toes and plantar fasciitis. He is professional, kind and very thorough. His office personnel are wonderful and helpful. I can get an appointment easily and I don’t wait long n the office.
