Dr Zurawin and the staff always top notch.
The staff greeted me the minute I walked in and were very nice. The lobby was very clean. The nurse called me back within a few minutes and got me prepared for the dr. Dr. Zurawin came in and greeted me very nicely then ask what I was having problem with and started my exam right away. He took his time with me and ask questions and listened to my questions. Overall a very easy and good visit. Thank you to everyone at this office!
Dr. Zurawin is knowledgeable, but my experience was that communication and bedside manner were consistently poor. Visits did not feel rushed, but they felt very impersonal, with limited explanation of testing or results and little effort to connect on a human level. Despite erectile dysfunction being my primary concern, I often had to ask directly to understand how evaluations related to that issue, and discussions of findings and options were very brief.
