Dr Schmidt was fantastic once I finally got to see him. However, I had a slight reaction to the medication he advised me to try. So, I called today to let him know and before I could finish telling the rude person, on his team, she said stop taking it, I will tell him know. He is retiring and is in surgery all day and then hung up on me! I didn’t get the chance to say that I had swollen ankles and since I have a pacemaker, Idk, but that could be important! I also don’t know if they are calling me back or what??
Wonderful, wonderful wonderful! If you are in need of an ENT and he services your area, I highly recommend! He's a very personable, professional,extremely kind and knowledgeable doctor! Unfortunately rural health Care can sometimes leave some things to be desired. I had no doubt I was in good hands with Doctor Schmidt!
Very knowledgeable and very patient. Spent time to figure out the problem and suggest solutions. Wonderful personality and great staff!
Dr. Schmidt is the best. He's knowledgeable, sensitive, compassionate, and skilled. I've been seeing him for 25 years.
