Knowledgeable, very friendly staff!
Everyone in the office is very kind and great at explaining things. Dr Kaplan is so kind, and thorough. He simply explains things and leaves the choice for course of action to his patients.
Dr. Kaplan is terrific.
I made an appointment online for the following week, specifying that I was a new patient. The doctor's office confirmed the appointment. Then two days before the appointment I got a message that the appointment had to be rescheduled because I had been given an 'existing patient slot', which was clearly their mistake, as I had specified that I was a new patient.
