I’ve had many-a-urologists for the past 13 or 14 years since my stones and infections started, but Dr. Israel has been a favorite for sure. Squeezed me into immediate surgery with my most recent stone & Infection that caused a very quickly oncoming and unbearable pain attack, rather than waiting till the next day like they were going to. My daughter who has autism was seen in the ER and and his office. He was very impersonal with her, not even waiting for the numbing cream to take effect before taking the stents out in his office which was very painful for her. He also didn't even explain what he was doing etc. We felt like it was a cattle call, NO bed side manner whatsoever. We love doctor Israel. My mom has seen many different urologists through the years with her many kidney stones. When she found Dr Israel, she doesn't want to see anyone else. She trusts him completely. He has a great demeanor.
