Prompt, professional, personable
I had a skin biopsy on my nose and was very nervous. Jonathan put me at ease with information, confidence and a nice sense of humor. I was very pleased with this office and staff as well.
I went to this office to have a growth on my face looked at. I had been diagnosed with a similar growth with cells changing to squamous cell carcinoma the prior year and was concerned. He removed this growth & addressed other skin issues as well. Both he and his nurse couldn't have made me feel any better than they did. Both were so professional, caring, and understanding! He listens to you!! Both did!! I wish you could come away from all medical appointments with this feeling!
Jonathan is always very friendly and lets me voice my concerns I feel he does a thorough exam when I am in the exam room.. As busy as he is, he is always smiling and bubbly.
I've been seeing Jonathan regularly for skin cancer checks and am very pleased with my care. Jonathan is always friendly and puts me at ease. He's knowledgeable, professional, listens and takes time to answer questions. I feel fortunate to have him as a caregiver.
I was his patient yesterday after calling the day before and there was an opening. It was really appreciated that this happened as winter is a coming and we have an hour drive to Marinette.. I wish his office could come here to Escanaba. He was once again very prompt coming into my room..I explained my problems etc and he took over immediately. No waiting...this man and office staff are excellent. A Biopsy was taken & I was given a sheet on it and what to do or look for until the results cam
Love Jonathan! He is so kind and thorough in my exams. He explains everything and makes sure you understand and comfortable with everything. I dont wish to ever see anyone else

My appointment went off without a hitch as usual everyone was friendly and informative i'm 70 years old and they don't treat me like I'm 70, they show me some respect which I don't always get from other doctor and their staff, they always seem to be in such a big hurry though they always get the job done they all have my respect thank you rich My comment the age stamps true i'm 70 and on your survey it asked for your age group like about 10-year increments except when you hit 65 Not g
