I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time to see Jonathan and he spent just about 5 minutes with me. Recommended a prescription cream that I didnt know I was allergic to until I picked it up and an OTC antihistamine, different than one I had been taking. I don't remember him telling me what my diagnosis was and he asked to speak to nurse outside the room who came back in explaining the cream that was prescribed usage. That seemed strange to me. . I still have rash, seeking other options.
Recently I had to have a biopsy. Mr. Hayward was very kind and professional during the procedure. He put me at ease during the procedure. Thank you.
Jonathan is a good listener and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions about my concerns and about procedures.
I found it strange that Jonathan didn't personally communicate his findings or planned course of treatment with me, the patient. He told a nurse who then came in and provided me with the necessary treatments. I had to ask the nurse what my diagnosis was. I was given two injections and was never provided any paperwork stating the name or side effects of the drug. I had to ask what the injection was. I wasn't offered any summary of my visit except for a copay receipt.

After moving to NE WI over 2 1/2 years ago I had to acquire a new dermatologist. After searching the internet and asking local residents, I decided to go to Jonathan Hayward. Each and every visit and experience has been exceptional. He is very professional but adds his personal touch and friendliness to his patients. When starting with new doctors you are skeptical and uncertain. Not at any time did I feel I made a wrong choice. Along with Jonathan, his staff is also very good.
I felt very comfortable with our first exam and I had all my concerns addressed.
Jonathan Hayward was very helpful with my concerns regarding my dark spot on my face. I am very happy with the results that Jonathan recommended. Did the nitrogen treatment, it is now 1 week since treatment and dark spot is gone. So happy, been dealing with this dark spot for 20 years always being told that there was nothing that could be done. Recommend Jonathan very highly.
This office makes going to the Doctors office pleasant. The staff is warm and welcoming, delivering fast and efficient service. They are very accommodating with appointments as well. Jonathan Hayward has a wonderful personality and makes you feel as though you are his most important patient. I find he is very skillful at doing biopsies and you feel nothing during the procedures. I appreciate how I am treated by everyone there.
