The first time I went the exam was not correct when I got my glasses. I went back and got another exam. Got my glasses per the new prescription. They were worse than the first exam. I called them to complain and hopefully get it fixed and they would not offer to help me. It was a horrible experience. Now I have to save money to get the proper exam from another optometrist. I have never experienced anything like this. Good luck if you go to him.
