Love Dr. Martin and his staff. He made sure I got all of the proper treatment and labs I needed and even changed my medications to one I could handle better than what my specialist doctor had prescribed.
Appointments easily made, wait time 5-15 minutes. Explains any questions I may have thoroughly. He's kind, always checks my medicine usage, what to cut back on, etc. Asks if I need physical therapy and recommends a nearby place which I found helped me so much. Gives me referrals when needed. My husband was a patient of Dr Martin several years ago. I understand that due to insurance doctors hands are tied in many situations, however, my husband was in extreme pain, couldn’t walk and he had to wait 2 months before he was finally ordered an MRI. When the MRI was finally ordered my husband went to see him as a follow up to receive results, after giving him the results Dr Martin called him the very next day to give him the results without realizing he had seen him the day before. This office should literally be shut down. It is the most frustrating experience ever to make contact with a live person at this office. Literally as soon as the line picks up they hang up instantly or forward you back to the front desk. Not a single person at this office cares about the patients at all. All doc Martin cares about is money, he doesn’t give a second thought to your feelings or needs, it’s all how much you’re going to return and how much he’ll benifit monitarily. AVOID AT ALL COST
I’ve always found doc Martin to be professional, easy to talk to, honest and friendly. The staff are nice as long as you’re nice to them, but I see people are rude to them sometimes so they get it back. But I’ve always had a pleasant experience there, it’s really about how you approach people I think. Doc Martin is excellent, and the girls are very good. Much better than my last doctor. I’ve been going to him for 5 years.

Have been with him for 8 years and very happy. Found my kidney cancer on the first visit and saved my life. He’s always been there when I needed him. The bad reviews mention his bedside manner and I can see him not putting up with nonsense, but when you really need a doctor to know what he’s doing and treat you with respect and help you through an illness, this is the guy.
Dr. Martin is an Extremely intelligent doctor with a great personality and always listens. Have certainly recommended him to family.
