Forget Dr. Zonca, the medical assistant staff is absolutely horrible. They never reply to messages, are lazy and completely unprofessional. It takes them over a MONTH to reply to messages, and Dr. Zonca’s medical assistant will sit on prescriptions for months before deciding to do her job.
This office does not listen or communicate. They are not flexible at all. They do not care about their patients and they definitely do not listen to their patients.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Zonca now for 8 years and have loved his demeanor previously but this last visit was hugely expensive and simply not worth the cost. As self pay patients, we cannot afford expensive lab tests or prescriptions. He is well aware of this but this last visit really blew the budget. Dr. Zonca clear concern for the patient and his ability to convey his best advice and remedy is clearly conveyed.
Dr Zonca is detailed and caring. His physicals are very thorough! He takes the time to ask questions that pertain to not just physical but mental health too. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Zonca has provided very professional and clear care for me for over ten years. He's very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I'm not a very good patient but by all means trust his evaluation on my health. He does his part, for sure in a honest and candid way.
I cannot say enough bad things about my experiences with New West Physicians. From the long waits (sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes followed by 40 minutes in the exam room, when I left) to the billing errors. If you want medical care that does not result in time wasted you should avoid New West Physicians at all costs.
Pharmacy routinely doesn't receive prescriptions they came to send and they don't follow up, I pay for specialist services and they never follow-up, when I ask why they don't follow up, I find out significant parts of my medical history haven't been recorded in my chart. They have taken my new phone number and email multiple times and never updated; keep calling wrong one.
