He will walk you through the loan process so you can understand how it works. He is energetic and determined. Helps you find anyway possible to get your mortgage that fits you. Has a wonderful team that together if a home is right for you they can most likely get you in it.

Jonathan was the best I’ve worked with. He was honest, fair, and informative! If it wasn’t a good deal for my family and I to refinance at the time, he didn’t just push it through to earn money. I would give Jonathan and his team more than five stars if I could. In the beginning of the process, we shopped a couple of lenders but settled on Legacy and Jonathan because of his professionalism, knowledge of industry, the ease of use of his online tools, and an overall great feeling about him. Jonathan is amazing, I came to him in March looking to buy a home tired of paying rent and I wasn’t approved .. He gave me excellent advice on what to do. There in less than 6 months I’m in the home of my dreams !! The buying process went awesome . He was very responsive with estimates on payments as I was looking for homes , with a quick buying market like right now that is a must..
