I've been with Dr Thompson and his staff now for about 4yrs. I don't get to see him very often, but he is very knowledgeable in his profession, I only wish he would smile more 😊. I started out with his NP Stephanie and she is so so kind and she makes me feel like she understands my pain and needs, and that she is going to walk through hot coals to help me. I had a very bad e perience with Dr. Thompson. Most painful shot I have ever had in my life. I will never go back there.
Not interested in treating pain, but wants your deductible and insurance. One of his PA’s Stephanie, needs to find a different line of work. Bedside manner is horrible. I have been a patient of the Neuromedical center since they were still at OLOL and this guy is the reason I will never return.
By far the worst pain management Dr. I have ever dealt with. Will gladly take your money but no help or guidance of any kind. His assistant is worse, I have never been treated more poorly by professionals. They don’t like it when you ask a lot of questions and need guidance on what to do, when you tell them you are in pain and not getting relief.
