I booked a visit for an eye exam and contact lense fitting. Normally, the doctor is able to send me away with a trial pair of contacts and I am able to order contacts through them either at that time or later over the phone. Instead, I’ve had to come in 3 times total, missing work for each visit. Once for the first visit, which was the exam and fitting. Valley Eye will make you return again and again and pay each and every time all for one simple eye exam and contacts. The manager refused to even come out and speak when I had a question that the receptionist couldn't answer. Trust me, you are better off going anywhere else.

Great place and very caring! Dr. Jahnke also has a great sense of humor!
Loved Dr. Jahnke and tried sticking with him for around 5 years. Repeatedly had rude treatment from office staff, billing statements never had full breakdown and when tried to question before making payment I would always get voice-mail, rarely called back and after repeated attempts found billing person was only available for a couple hours per day. Finally convinced a front desk person to look and explain my bill who then had to send me to voice-mail for billing again so that I could request the random late fees be removed... read more
The staff at Valley Eye Center is terrific! Dr. Jahnke is professional, thorough, and personable. I would highly recommend this office!
