"I would give it less stars if I could. He kept cutting me off when I tried explaining what has been going on, he ignored everything I said and was rushing to get out of the room in 10 minutes. He didnt even bother to look at my chart to see my other condition contributing to my pain. He also downplayed my pain because I'm "young and thin" and couldn't possibly need pain management. The individualized care, knowledge, attention, kindness, empathy shown to patients by Dr. Couch, Tiffany Cates and ALL of staff from front desk throughout office is unimaginable. You are put at ease at all times, every detail explained without regard to time. In my 70 plus years….have never encountered care of their level - and I’m a walking disaster! I have been seeing them for a few years and never a hiccup on their part. THANK YOU ALL. I wish only the best life to them all!
Awesome staff and doctors
I absolutely think Dr. Couch is brilliant! He, along with his staff are very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable in regards to neurological health issues. I got my life back after seeing him for my sudden gait disturbances. He did several tests and discovered what my problems were. We then proceeded with surgery which was approximately a month ago. Everything was very well explained and I can now walk without any issues whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Couch neurosurgeon at Mercy Health Lourdes.
