Dr. Cheng is rhe best of the best. He truly cares about his patients and made us feel very at ease. He was a great surgeon and awesome person.
Always ask who you are speaking with because depending on who it is they may not be giving you correct information. My dad had a referral sent 5/2 and it was received that day. Today is 5/27 and if I would not have called I would still be waiting for a call back. I am still waiting to schedule something because the front desk has to do their job, then they have to get approval from the admiin, the nurse, and Dr. Cheng before schedule an appointment. Will not admit that he doesn’t understand something and instead will double down and blame the patient.
He performed surgery in both my hands for carpal tunnel. The surgeries were successful. I am no longer in pain and have full functionality in both hands. He was always friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I am glad he was my surgeon and happily give him a high rating he earned.
